What do the quote request statuses mean?+
Received means we have your request. Reviewing means we are pricing the job. Scheduled means your crew and date are locked in. In progress means our crew is on site. Completed means the job is finished.
How long does it take to get a quote back?+
Most requests get a same-day response, and we can often be on site within 24 to 48 hours. You will get an email at every stage, so you do not have to keep checking this page.
How do I pay my deposit or invoice?+
Once your job is priced, your invoice shows on this tracking page. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay or bank transfer. Cash and debit are accepted on site.
What if my tracking code does not work?+
Check for typos and make sure you included the MLC- prefix. If it still does not pull up, call (216) 972-0689 or email masseylegacyco@gmail.com and we will look it up for you.
